Old Contest Information follows below.

How Long
It will be at least a month long (Ending January 4th, 2007), IF we get 50 entries. If we don’t get 50 entries by one month, we’ll wait until we do. So it helps to spread the word!

Why?
This contest is to celebrate a couple of things:

1. My 21st Birthday
2. The release of the new Gen consoles (PS3, XBOX 360, and Wii)
3. The Death Note Anime release and HTR 13!

Rules
The rules are very simple, though maybe a bit complicated at first.

+ Every person from every age group can participate. HOWEVER, note that in order for me to give you something I will need to know your address, so you have to be comfortable with that.
+ The contest will basically be divided into three types of “orders”. You can compete in all three orders if you want, SO basically, by doing all three things you can be entered to win everything. They are the following:

1. First Order: Death Note Comic Strip. Draw a little Comic strip featuring Death Note. It has to be at least 4 panels, and no more than 30. Although drawing will matter somewhat (like the characters should be recognizable), this is more about originality and ideas more than anything. Panel arrangement is all up to you. No videos.
2. Second Order: A Death Note Wallpaper Contest. It’s pretty simple, make a Death Note Wallpaper. IF YOU have already submitted a wallpaper to Deathgod.Org in the past, you can enter that wallpaper in this contest. Wallpapers must be at least 1024×768 in size. Wallpapers in 1280×1024 would be best (it won’t count down if its 1024×1024, it’s just that I have 1280×1024 resolution :P)
3. Third Order: Write a Manga Summary for Deathgod.Org. Although this may seem simple, you have to follow the format on deathgod.org. BEFORE you start though, contact us (how to do this is mentioned later) and say what chapter’s summary you want to write that HASN’T been written yet. Manga Summaries list can be found here. So pick your favorite chapter if you like. I will list claimed chapters as this contest goes on. If the chapter is claimed by someone else, you can’t write the summary for it, so you have to watch carefully. I’ll email you if this happens, and tell you if you can/cannot write it.

+ All submissions will be posted on deathgod.org, so by submitting you agree to this.
+ You can submit more than one entry for each order (but each will be judged seperately).
+ All orders will be decided around the same time.
+ Entries CAN be collaborations, but only one prize will be given to the entry if it wins.
+ This contest IS Global.

THIRD ORDER
You can choose ONE of the following prizes:

• 100 MB Space here at DeathGod.Org for whatever you want.

Submitting your Entry

1. Read the Rules. Contact us beforehand if you are going to try THIRD ORDER. All Entries should be emailed to “admin@deathgod.org” with the subject heading “DeathGod: Contest Submission ___ Order”. In the ____ write “1st” “2nd” or “3rd” Accordingly. So if you are submitting a wallpaper, write “DeathGod: Contest Submission 2nd Order”.
