What? A 2007 contest? After much suffering caused by finals, Deathgod.org is here to celebrate a couple of things with another contest! (This time the contest prizes come out of Shaza’s own pocket though =/).
How Long
The contest will start on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2007 and continue until a good part of the summer, probably through June 01, 2008 but may be extended if there are not enough entries.
How to Enter
- All you do is send me a DEATH NOTE related comic strip (or pages of comics) that you drew no longer than 50 panels. The comic strips will be graded MOSTLY on originality and then somewhat on artwork. They can be greyscale, color, black/white and in any medium.
- All entries must be entered by emailing admin@deathgod.org with the subject line 2007 Contest Entry. Remember to put that subject line to avoid being marked as spam. Upon admission, you will get an automated message from the site.
- No pictures. If you do your entries on paper, please scan them in. (Hint: don’t do it on canvas if you can’t scan it in)
The Winners
There will be 2 winners chosen. Yay! It will be first prize, second prize, and third prize. The list of prizes will be offered to the winner, and the winners get pick over which one prize they want. Whoever wins first place gets first dibs, and second gets second choice, and third, third choice. All prizes are around the same prize range, so I’m sure you can find something. If for some reason, the prize you want is taken, you can just default for a $25.00 gift certificate for amazon or ebay.

- Death Note HTR13 and Novel release (English)
- A collectors edition DVD (English release). Any one you want.
- Death Note Soundtrack (Any- Imported)
- Any Death Note related-thing on ebay $30 (with shipping) or less.
